delivery
The cardboard boxes are delivered lying flat. This saves you valuable space. Upon receipt, this must be built by you.
The expected delivery date is always displayed directly on our product pages.
When shipping each product is scanned to avoid incorrect deliveries. For small parts products are merged as far as possible. It can happen that you do not find a product directly. Please check the contents of the shipment carefully.
No panic. Unfortunately that depends on the shipping service provider. Here it can happen that depending on the package volume individual shipments are not loaded together. As a rule, you will receive the remaining delivery one day later. In addition, we have several warehouses in different regions, which can be shipped from multiple locations.

You will receive the parcel numbers via email on the day of dispatch, usually around 18:00. Please also check your spam filter. Here you have the opportunity to track your program online.
