Product information "Midori® 3D PETG filament 1.75mm 1kg Spool Orange RAL 2000"
Midori PETG premium filaments
With our Midori filaments, we have made it to our task to offer you a premium filament that clearly stands out from the market in terms of its roundness, dimensional accuracy and color fastness, because nothing is more regrettable than when a print job breaks off after several hours of running time due to bad material or colors cannot be reproduced.
Qualitätsware für Qualitätsdrucke
Our Midori 3D filaments are characterized by a neatly wound spool, perfect roundness, and extensive compatibility with various FDM 3D printers and pens. With our filaments, you benefit from unhindered printing sessions and excellent printing results.
Excellent printing results thanks to pure PLA
Compared to conventional PETG competing products, our Midori PETG 3D filaments are made of pure PETG (Polylactic Acid). Compared to conventional mixtures, pure PETG has the advantage of better shaping without the formation of bubbles, warping or clogging. In this way, smooth prints with excellent layer adhesion and high rigidity are achieved.
Tangle-free spooling for smooth printings
Thanks to their layer-by-layer technology, the high-quality Midori 3D filaments enable tangle-free winding and neat turns, so that longer printing processes can be managed without any problems without knots, overlaps or crossings. This not only ensures extremely even prints, but also counteracts possible blockages in the extruder.
Constant diameter in every centimeter
With our 1.75 mm PETG 3D filaments, we rely on the highest precision in the entire production process. The filaments are manufactured under the strictest testing mechanisms, so that the diameter of the high-quality filaments has a tolerance of only +/- 0.05 mm in every centimeter. The result is an almost constant filament diameter, which prevents jams and ensures smooth printing without interruptions, which results in minimal shrinkage, a smoother surface and stronger layer adhesion during printing.
PETG - The reliable material for outdoors
The Midori PETG 3D filaments are made of glycol-modified PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The glycol contained in the filaments has low-viscosity properties that make the printing process faster and easier. The at the same time elastic, tough and extremely break-proof PETG filament is a reliable plastic that, unlike PLA and ABS, is weather-resistant and is therefore also suitable for outdoor use. In addition, PETG has the advantage that it is completely odorless compared to other plastics.
Optimal protection & ideal storage conditions thanks to special packaging
Our Midori 3D filaments are wound on extremely high-quality transparent spools, which, unlike conventional inferior spools, can also be heated for optimal printing results. Each spool is provided with information about the type of material, the diameter, the color (if necessary with the RAL number) and the printing temperature. To protect against dust and foreign matter, the Midori 3D filaments, unlike competing filaments, are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof and opaque aluminum foil with a silica moisture-proof bag, which creates optimal storage conditions. In order to ensure the ideal condition of the filaments when they arrive, the spools are packed in shrink-wrapped outer boxes.
Wide compatibility with many FDM 3D printers & pens
The 1.75 mm Midori PETG 3D filaments have been developed universally and are widely compatible with the most FDM 3D printers and pens for 1.75 mm filaments.
